About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at The Dyrt Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our platform to deliver an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to create scalable and efficient solutions that support our mission of connecting outdoor enthusiasts with the best camping resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for outdoor activities, and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing company that values innovation and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Passion for outdoor activities and a genuine interest in the outdoor industry is a plus. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements for the company’s platform to improve user engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Maintain and optimize existing codebase to ensure performance, security, and scalability. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
