About The Role As a JavaScript Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Responsibilities Developing new engineers-facing products and features Building robust and scalable software components and services Optimizing applications to maximize speed and scalability Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders Taking a flexible, proactive approach to your work Requirements 3+ years of experience in Frontend development using React (inc React Native) Delivering high-quality software projects, using established best practices, and being able to implement mechanisms to ensure the quality is kept during its lifecycle Able to work independently and collaborate to solve complex problems Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) Critical thinking and good communication skills Personal Skills Perform a broad range of complex technical or professional activities, in a variety of contexts Investigate, define and resolve complex issues Able to work in distributed cross-functional teams effectively Influence customers and team members on the project level Plan, schedule and monitor your own work competently Have learning agility (readiness for challenge and being open to change) Confident Intermediate English (or higher) is a must What’s in it for you?
